What I Do
Enterprise AI Enablement
I design and run structured adoption programs inside large organizations — currently running a group-wide AI enablement program with 3,600+ training attendances across a cross-industry enterprise group spanning healthcare, hospitality, construction, and retail.
- →Cohort-based training, from frontline teams to the C-suite
- →AI Champions networks that sustain adoption after rollout
- →Adoption measurement and executive reporting
- →Tool strategy across Claude, Gemini, Copilot & NotebookLM
Private Executive Coaching
1:1 sessions for leaders who need to be fluent in AI — not eventually, but this quarter. Built around your actual workflows, decisions, and calendar, not generic demos.
- →Personal AI workflow design for your role
- →Hands-on fluency with the tools your teams already use
- →Judgment: what to delegate to AI, and what never to
- →Confidential, practical, zero slides

Case Studies
What people actually build after a single session — no agency, no developer.
From first hour to first launch.
One attendee — the owner of EatCafe in Doha, with no technical background — used Meta AI to design their café's menu and build their website in just a few hours right after the training, then launched it on Netlify for free. No agency, no developer, and zero spend on development or hosting. That's the gap between AI curiosity and AI adoption, and it's exactly what this session is built for.
“Right after the training, in just a few hours, I used Meta AI to build our café's website and menu myself and launched it free on Netlify — no agency, no developer, no cost.”

From guest pass to portfolio.
Carl, an Administrative Officer, tried Claude through a guest pass after a session — then subscribed and built his own professional portfolio, and kept going from there. No templates bought, no designer hired.
“I started with a guest pass, then subscribed and built my own professional portfolio — no templates bought, no designer hired.”

A Pilates app, designed in an afternoon.
Steph, a business owner, used Google Stitch after a session to design her own Pilates app for millennials — full UI, from workout player to progress tracking. No design tools, no agency. Her first-ever app design.
“I designed my own Pilates app with Google Stitch in an afternoon — full UI, from workout player to progress tracking. My first-ever app design, no design tools, no agency.”

Your first hour with AI, done right.
Most people's first hour with AI is wasted on parlor tricks. This free, live session skips the hype and focuses on what actually works.
- →An honest view of what AI can and cannot do
- →Three practical uses you can apply the next morning
- →Live Q&A — bring your real questions

My path to AI began with people—their needs, challenges, and everyday work—not with algorithms or models.
Adoption is a human problem with a technical surface. When people struggle with AI, it's rarely because the technology isn't capable. It's because nobody designed the fit between the tool and their real, messy, everyday work. That's the gap I bridge.
Whether I'm working with an executive or building Lakbay, a travel app for overseas workers, the goal is the same: making complex systems actually work for the people who need them.
